TASCHEN X VIRGIL ABLOH X NIKE
The book explores the 2016 Off White x Nike "The Ten," collaboration, in which Abloh reimagined ten classic Nike silhouettes in his unique and idiosyncratic DIY aesthetic that altered the world of sneakers and fashion. The project is broken down from conception to execution and explores Abloh's creative process as it goes behind the scenes with texts by Nike’s Nicholas Schonberger, writer Troy Patterson, curator, and historian Glenn Adamson, Hiroshi Fujiwara, and Virgil Abloh himself.
